DBS verification sessions arranged
SUFFOLK FA have arranged a series of DBS verification sessions as grassroots football returns.
As a result of the Government’s guidance due to COVID19, it was necessary for Suffolk FA to temporarily suspend the processes for Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates.
With restrictions now being eased in line with the phased return of grassroots football, Suffolk FA will be holding a number of sessions for referees, club welfare officers, and others requiring verification of documents as part of receiving an approved check.
Coaches applying for a FA DBS Check should please continue to contact your appointed Club or League Welfare Officer and not attend one of these sessions.
In order to maintain social distancing guidelines, booking is required to ensure that both the member of staff and attendees are safe when attending the meeting.
Prior to the verification, you will receive an e-mail from the Suffolk FA member of staff completing the check with further detailed guidance relating to the venue, as well as measures which will be in place.
Please ensure you have completed the initial application stage prior to booking for this verification to take place.
