SOME intriguing ties await in the third round of the Parkers Pitches Suffolk Junior Cup.

Woolverstone United, last season’s losing finalists, will host Cockfield United, who knocked out holders Thurston 3-1 in last Saturday’s second round.

AFC Kesgrave, who won this competition two years ago, will travel to Redgrave Rangers, last season’s McDonald’s Suffolk Primary Cup winners.

Cavendish, the side who Redgrave Rangers defeated in the final, will be away to Stanton.

The draw was broadcast on BBC Radio Suffolk’s Matchday Preview programme on Friday evening.
