Vacancy for post of Inclusive FDO
SUFFOLK FA are inviting applications for the new position of Inclusive Football Development Officer.
The successful candidate will be expected to inspire further enhancement in the provision of high-quality football experiences across the county, especially for players with a disability and other identified demographics.
They will be inspirational, positive and dynamic with the ability to develop excellent relationships with a wide range of partners, understand the motivations of both a paid and unpaid workforce, and be able to work some unsociable hours including weekends.

Suffolk FA Football Development Manager Jodie Allard said: “We are really pleased to be extending the team at Suffolk FA to include a new role of Inclusive Football Development Officer.
“With the established Ability Counts League, and blossoming partnerships with key stakeholders across the county, we are looking for a positive and dynamic individual who can lead on supporting and developing football for all hard-to-reach groups and those experiencing difficulty in accessing football on a regular basis.
“This individual will have a passion and understanding of the unique challenges with increasing participation amongst people with disabilities and other hard-to-reach groups to ensure that everyone can access the game within our county.
