Duo kept apart in Veterans' Cup draw
BURY Town and Woodbridge Town could meet in the final of the Suffolk Veterans’ Cup for the fourth time in six seasons.
The two clubs, who faced each other in three consecutive finals between 2014-15 and 2016017, were kept apart in this season’s semi-final draw.
Woodbridge, who have reached the final for the last five seasons in a row, will face Cockfield, who have reached the last four in only their second season in the competition.
Bury Town will face the winners of the tie between ETC Lowestoft and holders Whitton United in the other semi-final.
The draw was made on BBC Radio Suffolk during the Non-League hour on the Thursday Night Sports Social by co-presenter David Mann and Johnny Whight, Vice-Chairman and Manager of Cockfield United.
