Final to be a repeat of 2018-19 occasion
THE Suffolk Senior Reserve Cup Final will be a repeat of the 2018-19 final.
Walsham-le-Willows Reserves and Stowmarket Town Reserves, who met in that final three years ago, both won their last-four ties at the weekend to reach this season’s final.
At AFC Sudbury on Friday evening Walsham-le-Willows Reserves overpowered Lakenheath Reserves 6-0 to secure their spot in the final.
The following afternoon at Claydon FC it was Stowmarket Town who emerged the victors in a tight match as they defeated Long Melford 1-0.
