SPORTING 87 will be at home again in the second round of this season’s CNet Training Suffolk Senior Cup.

The Bury St Edmunds-based side, playing in the competition for the first time this season, had home advantage in round one when they defeated fellow Macron SIL side Trimley Red Devils 5-1 last Saturday.

They will now face Thurlow Nunn League Division One North opposition in the shape of AFC Sudbury Reserves in the second round next month.

Ransomes Sports, who dumped out higher-league Cornard United, will travel to SIL Senior Division side Wickham Market.
