ONE of the longest-standing sponsors of Suffolk FA extended their support for another season.

ONE of the longest-standing sponsors of Suffolk FA have extended their support for another season.

CNet Training, an Uptime Education company, have agreed to sponsor the Suffolk Senior Cup for a tenth successive season.

The 2024-25 season will be the 12th consecutive season that CNet Training have partnered with Suffolk FA, after sponsoring the Suffolk Junior Cup for two seasons.

CNet Training, based at Fornham St Genevieve, near Bury St Edmunds, is the leading education provider in the world dedicated to the digital infrastructure industry, comprising the data centre and network infrastructure sectors.

Sarah Parks, Director of Marketing & Communications at CNet Training, said: “We are so genuinely proud to be supporting and encouraging community-driven grassroots football with our continued sponsorship of the Senior Cup, now in our tenth successive season.

“The sportsmanship, passion, and commitment the players show throughout the competition, which is the oldest football competition in Suffolk, is impressive and, to be honest, infectious.

“The work Suffolk FA does for local football is also amazing and we are pleased to continue to be part of this and look forward to another exciting final.”

Suffolk FA Chief Executive Richard Neal said: “This globally recognised organisation were started in Suffolk, grew into an award-winning global market leader in their field, and continue to employ and upskill people from Suffolk.

“They are a huge success story for the county and I’m delighted they will continue our partnership by sponsoring the Senior Cup, Suffolk’s oldest football competition having been first played in 1885-86.”
